I don't think it captures the excitement you deliver in your videos. Is the blog about Social Media Marketing or contemporary use of video? Personally, I'd lose the logo and retain only the text. Whatever the ap is above the Twitter Feed, it's not working for me in Firefox 3.04 or IE7. It’s a bit dour for my taste, esp. the banner.
